Photographer documents wildlife in his own backyard


The concept of taking pictures in your own backyard has new meaning when that backyard is a 750-acre ranch in Oregon, as it is for wildlife photographer Robin Loznak. The award-winning journalist shoots most of his nature images in his small town of Roseburg, and often on his ranch.

Loznak shares his favorite wildlife images of 2012 with TODAY.com, and offers tips for new photographers who'd like to try their hand at documenting the world outside their own front (or back) doors.
